Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement
Broker agrees to provide Buyer with these services on 100% of the Multiple
Listed Homes On The Market.
1. We will provide you full, unrestricted, "client level" representation.

2. We will strive to get the lowest price and best terms for you,

3. We will keep your negotiating strategy confidential at all times.
4. We will inform you of any information that will enhance your
bargaining
position.

5. Buyer will never owe a fee to Agent, Broker, or Brokers Company, nor
will Buyer be obligated to Agent, Broker, or Broker's Company at any time on any property in our Multiple Listing System.
Buyer can cancel this agreement at any time, for any reason.

Note: If an agent is truly An Exclusive
Buyer Agent, they should have no problem agreeing to this. If they cannot agree
